It’s proud to announce that Our Vivekanandha Dental College for Women have received an appreciation as “Best Emerging Dental College in India”, from Shifa Smile Educational Trust in association with Smile USA, N.A. Educational Trust at Asia 2nd Dental Implant Symposium Maxicourse India held on 21st January 2019, Bangalore.

Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded to our beloved Dean,Prof. (Capt). Dr. S. Gokulanathan, B.Sc., MDS., for his immense services and dedication towards the field of Dental Education on 21st January 2019 in an event held at Vivanta by Taj, Bengaluru, India. He was honored by Mr. M. Altaf Hussain, NA Educational trust, Bengaluru, Prof. Dr. Dibyendu Mazumdar, President, Dental Council of India,Mr. Syed Mohid Altaf, Special representative to New Delhi, Government of Karnataka, Dr. Shri Syed Naseer Hussain, Rajya Sabha MP, AICC Spokes Person.

Dr. M. Afrose Fathima & Dr. V. Aparna of BDS Undergraduate students of Vivekanandha Dental College for Women have participated in the World Dental Conference 2019, Malaysia which was organized by World Dentist Association and received Best Oral & Poster presentations at the Conference on 28th & 29th September at Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Dr. V. Vinitha & Dr. R. Srivandhana of BDS Undergraduate students of Vivekanandha Dental College for Women have participated in the State Level Inter Collegiate Quiz Competition which was organized by Speed Medical Center and received Gold Medal held at Chennai, 2018.

Dr. Mudiayirakani & Dr. Afrose Fathima. M, undergraduate students of Vivekanandha Dental College for Women have received Best Paper & Poster Presentation in International Dental Conference -2018 at Dubai

Undergraduate Students of Vivekanandha Dental College for Women have participated in the intercollegiate competition and received Overall Championship in Dentasculpt – 2018 held at J.K.K. Nattraja Dental College & Hospital.

Dr. V. Vinitha, of BDS Undergraduate students of Vivekanandha Dental College for Women have participated in the Zonal Level Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Medal Exam -2018 and received Gold Medal.

Dr. M. Mudiyayirakkani, undergraduate students of Vivekanandha Dental College for Women received Gold Medal in International Dental Conference - 2018 at Chennai.

Dr. A. Kalyani Behera, undergraduate students of Vivekanandha Dental College for Women received Silver Medal in International Dental Conference - 2018 at Chennai.

Dr. S. Sathya Narayanamurthy received Shining Star of India award for the year 2017 by Global Achiever Foundation, held at New Delhi.

Dr. A. Andamuthu Sivakumar received Best Endodontist for the year 2017 by Indian Dental Association, held at Bangalore.

Dr. S. Vinoth received Young Chel Park Award for the year 2016 in the World Implant Orthodontic Conference, held at Goa.

Prof. Capt. Dr. S. Gokulanathan, Dean, Vivekanandha Dental College for Women received Best Teacher Award for the year 2013 from our Honorable Health Minister Dr. Vijay with Dr. Mayil Vahanan Natarajan, Vice Chancellor of The TN Dr MGR Medical University, Guindy, Chennai.

Dr. Sherin James, undergraduate students of Vivekanandha Dental College for Women received Gold Medal in the Oral Surgery in the Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University Examination -2013.

Dr. N. Balan, Principal, Vivekanandha Dental College for Women received Best Teacher Award for the year 2012 from our Honorable Governor Konijeti Rosaiah, held at The TN Dr MGR Medical University, Guindy, Chennai.

Dr. T.R. Yoithap Prabhunath MDS received Best Paper in the International Symposium on Head & Neck Tumors at Manipal – 2015.
